Ocean.

So tonights theme was "ocean", which Jessica chose. It proved to be a nice and refreshing theme to our drawings. These aren't quite as ridiculous as the others.

My initial ideas were all pretty morbid, all of them involving someone dying or sure to die. I've been listening to the Decemberists, and almost all their songs seem to have to do with the ocean, so I was drawing inspiration from that. However the stories in those songs aren't exactly happy usually, ha ha. The ideas involved people being tied up and shot off a cliff or thrown into the ocean. Mostly I didn't do them for time purposes, ha ha. These are just supposed to be sketches after all.

I don't really know why William wanted to draw some fr00tz, but whatevs. ;( Could be because back on campus in Boston during the school year, I'd often steal about seven or ten bananas at once from the student cafe to horde in my room.. 'cause you know, I LOOOOOVE bananas! D:<>;]

So this is our first post on our brand new sketch blog. It was born out of Jessica and I just wanting to do some quick sketch trades and we accidentally did the same theme each time. Then I suggested, "We should do this every night" and thus Forestillingsevne the Sketch Blog was born.


These first two we drew because we had been joking about how I liked to touch Jessica's butt and she liked to touch my "breasts". But it is a joke, is it?



The next two we drew because Jessica's face reminds me of a hamster and sometimes when I look at it I start laughing.




So there we go! Our first post. Should be a fun venture.
